Since 1851

Hurricane Tracks since 1851. It’s not if, it’s just when … Because westerly winds blow off the African coasts along the equator, Florida and the islands of the Caribbean are very vulnerable to hurricanes. More storms hit Florida than any other state, and since 1851 only eighteen hurricane seasons passed without a known storm impacting the state.

Our Product Offerings

We offer a full line of exceptional energy efficient impact windows and doors, marrying LoE or low emissivity glass for maximum ultraviolet ray protection, and laminated impact glass for high velocity wind borne debris protection, with a beautifully engineered frame.

Our products have been structurally designed for protection against the most intense hurricane force winds – and can be utilized in large commercial and residential applications to combat powerful destructive wind pressures as a result.

A design pressure rating is a measure of strength of a window or door. It will tell you how well a product will stand up to extreme high velocity winds. The higher the design pressure, or “DP”, rating the stronger the impact window or door. Of note, DP rating calculations are required on all permit applications in high velocity hurricane zones.

And our impact glass products are also ultra-smooth. A thin layer of titanium dioxide makes the glass hydrophilic. Smoother glass is cleaner glass. Harnessing the sun’s UV rays to loosen dirt so water can rinse it away, leaving windows and doors virtually spotless.
